Can Dan Hurley & Co. make it three in a row?
Let’s check out the odds to win the NCAA tournament at DraftKings Sportsbook as of March 13.
NCAA Men’s Tournament Winner 2025 odds:

Houston: +700 (bet $10 to win $80 total)
Alabama: +1000 (bet $10 to win $110 total)

Earlier this week, Duke was the lone favorite atop the oddsboard — but that was before its star player went down on Thursday.
Standout freshman forward — and the potential No. 1 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft — Cooper Flagg was helped off the floor in the first half of Duke’s ACC Tournament quarterfinal matchup against Georgia Tech with a left ankle injury.
He was ruled “doubtful to return.”
With that, Auburn jumped back to the top of the oddsboard, with Duke falling to second.
Auburn had been the favorite for several weeks, but the Tigers have been slipping of late. They have now dropped two in a row, to Texas A&M and Alabama.
Addressing two-time defending champion UConn, a program has not three-peated since John Wooden’s UCLA Bruins won six in a row from 1967 to 1973.
Since then, programs that have won two titles in a row include Duke (91-92), Florida (06-07), and the aforementioned UConn (23-24).
As of March 10, the Huskies have gone 4-3 in their last seven and are +5500 to win the national title.
