Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson’s date night in Palm Beach seemingly did not disappoint!
The University of North Carolina football coach and his girlfriend toasted his first trip to the vaunted boité Swifty’s at The Colony Hotel.
“Popping Billy’s Swifty’s Cherry,” Hudson, 24, wrote in her Instagram Stories along with two photos of the legendary coach, 72, seated across the table from her.
In the first image, the couple enjoyed two starters from the restaurant’s menu: the venue’s “famous” chilled globe artichoke, poached in citrus and served cold with Swifty’s house vinaigrette, and the yellowfin tuna tartare served with fried wontons.
The second snap featured Belichick smiling while sweetly extending his hand to his girlfriend across the table.
The romantic outing comes one week after the couple belatedly celebrated their anniversary.

On Friday, March 7, the former Bridgewater State University cheerleader shared an image of the couple at a restaurant, enjoying a dessert plate that included a chocolate cake with the words “Happy Anniversary” written in white frosting.
“Better late than never 🤎,” Hudson captioned the photo.
In December, one week after they made their red carpet debut at a gala at the American Museum of Natural History, Belichick accepted the coaching job at UNC.
Since then, the couple has been seen savoring every moment together, with Hudson frequently sharing her pride about her partner.
Last month, they enjoyed Super Bowl weekend festivities in New Orleans and walked the red carpet at the NFL Honors, where Hudson turned heads with a sparkly silver cutout dress that had a sequin bra top and skirt with a high slit and long train.
Belichick, looking dapper in New England Patriots colors, complemented his look with multiple Super Bowl rings.
Hudson hit a few other red carpets solo during the Super Bowl weekend festivities, including at Sports Illustrated‘s The Party, where she exclusively talked to PEOPLE about her look. The daughter of a fisherman explained that she scored her sequined, coral reef-themed dress and lobster bag on Facebook Marketplace, and bedazzled the bag to raise awareness of the struggling fishing industry in her home state of Maine.
“They need help, and hopefully through fashion, we can bring awareness to the fact that fishermen and lobstermen in Maine are struggling,” Hudson explained.
