Gate joins the Global Dollar Network to support USDG stablecoin adoption, enabling secure, regulated global payments and PayFi innovation.
Gate, a major global cryptocurrency exchange, has officially joined the Global Dollar Network (GDN) as a Tier 1 partner. This marks an important step in Gate’s efforts to support the growth of stablecoins and digital payments. The collaboration presents the dedication of Gate to create robust and controlled financial instruments for consumers everywhere.
Gate Supports Global Payments via Regulated Stablecoin USDG
With this partnership, Gate has introduced a new stablecoin, USDG, onto its platform. USDG is a U.S. dollar-collateralized stablecoin that is issued by Paxos Digital Singapore and Paxos Issuance Europe. It is 1:1 backed either by the U.S. dollars or other high-quality liquid assets. USDG is now available on Ethereum, Solana, and Ink blockchains, which enables users to access it more easily.
Moreover, the stablecoin is created with severe regulation. Paxos Digital Singapore is a Major Payments Institution registered and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. In Europe, Paxos Issuance Europe is regulated under MiCA and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). This makes USDG not only secure but also reliable to the retail and institutional users.
Gate has decided to become a part of the GDN as part of a broader strategy. It does not only concern the provision of one stablecoin. It has a greater interest in the development of an international PayFi ecosystem. The new form of finance, called PayFi, combines traditional and blockchain-based systems. Therefore, Gate believes stablecoins like USDG are key to making it work. They enable the users to transfer money across borders, trade safely, and access financial services anytime.
Stablecoins Gain Ground in Global Financial Ecosystem
Dr. Lin Han, founder of Gate and its CEO, expressed his views on this development. According to him, the alliance is an indication of the continuous effort of Gate to be regulatory compliant in innovation and digital asset infrastructure. USDG will be critical in fueling next-generation global payments, trading, and PayFi access.
Nick Robnett, Paxos Crypto Business Development Head, recognized the entry of Gate into the Global Dollar Network as a significant one. He made it clear that their participation helps to promote the general objective of enhancing the use of secure and dependable stablecoins. The collaboration is an indication of the increasing pace of enhancing the global digital finance infrastructure.

Global Dollar Network is expanding at a high rate. It deploys a unique model whereby the members of the network receive rewards according to their contributions. These are technical support, integrations, and user engagement. It does not resemble conventional stablecoin mechanisms, in which a small number of participants dominate most of the rewards.
Ultimately, it is possible to note the increasing role of stablecoins in the modern financial system of the world. It demonstrates the possibility of digital currencies to serve as an intermediary between centralized and decentralized platforms. The world will be able to get nearer to an open, safe, and inclusive financial future as more exchanges and regulators that enable those pursuits become more accepted.
